Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of multifamily construction processes and project management software
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and take initiative on tasks

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of multifamily construction projects
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
Prepare and review project documents, including contracts, schedules, and budgets
Assist with project reporting, tracking costs, and ensuring quality control
Help manage project timelines and mitigate potential delays
Participate in project meetings and site visits to monitor progress
