1-3 years of construction experience, preferably in base building for large commercial or mission-critical projects
Proven experience managing project timelines, budgets, and communications
Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Desire for professional growth with an eagerness to take on increasing responsibilities
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
A bit about tasks:
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure projects remain on or ahead of schedule
Support project documentation, RFI submissions, and subcontractor management
Coordinate with field teams to address issues and maintain quality standards
Track project budgets and help identify cost-saving opportunities
Foster positive relationships with clients and partners to ensure smooth project delivery
