Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail

Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily field operations
Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols
Monitor work progress and manage site logistics, inspections, and materials
Collaborate with project management teams to resolve on-site challenges
Communicate with subcontractors and ensure proper coordination of trades
