A bit about you:
A degree in Construction Management or a related field
Must have experience in at least one inpatient healthcare project and demonstrate a thorough understanding of healthcare construction requirements
Must come from a General Contractor (GC) background, with a proven ability to manage complex construction projects
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills are essential for this role
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, and budgeting
A bit about tasks:
Manage and oversee inpatient healthcare construction projects from start to finish, ensuring successful project delivery
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all aspects of the project align with design and regulatory requirements
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and stay within budget
Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues as they arise
Ensure compliance with all healthcare-related construction regulations, codes, and quality standards
Lead, motivate, and manage project teams to drive performance and ensure a collaborative work environment
Handle contract negotiations and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and future business opportunities
