A bit about you:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering (Master’s is a bonus)
Licensed PE in California
12+ years of electrical engineering experience, with a strong background in project and team leadership
Track record of building lasting client relationships and growing business opportunities
Strategic thinker with insight into the Western U.S. market
Passionate about sustainability and high-performance design
Involvement in industry organizations is a plus
A bit about tasks:
Lead electrical design on complex, high-profile building projects
Act as Engineer of Record (or support) on major developments
Oversee multi-discipline coordination and project delivery
Champion sustainability and decarbonization strategies in design
Mentor and grow a high-performing team of engineers and designers
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Support business development and partner with senior leadership
