3-5 years of experience as an estimator
Ability to read and interpret site and building estimates
Experience in commercial sectors is preferred
Motivated, go-getter with strong attention to detail

Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects
Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate estimating
Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders
