A bit about you:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture (BLA or MLA) from an accredited university
6-10 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a strong portfolio of projects
Ability to acquire Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) licensure in Oregon
Proven experience in project management, including site analysis, planning, and construction documentation
Strong design leadership skills with the ability to guide projects from concept to completion
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a client-focused mindset
Experience in business development, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships
A bit about tasks:
Lead the design process for a diverse range of projects in both the public and private sectors
Manage site analysis, planning, and construction documentation to ensure high-quality project outcomes
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to maintain efficiency and excellence
Take an active role in business development, including networking, client engagement, and proposal preparation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable design solutions
