A bit about you:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Arizona
8+ years of experience in land and site development
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience as a Project Manager for multiple municipalities
Experience working with cities, counties, and municipalities is preferred
A bit about tasks:
Lead and manage the development of plans and specifications for paving, grading, drainage, water lines, sanitary sewers, and more
Act as the primary point of contact for clients
Manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence
Generate new business and leads while maintaining strong client relationships
