A bit about you:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering (structural emphasis preferred)
Passed either the NCEES Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) exam or the NCEES Structural Engineering (SE) exam
Licensed in at least one state with the ability to obtain Indiana reciprocity within six months
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience (advanced degree may count for up to 1 year of experience)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and profitability
A bit about tasks:
Direct and mentor production staff to maximize productivity and profitability
Develop and nurture client relationships to secure repeat business
Prepare fee proposals, scopes of work, and coordinate contract documents
Develop project plans and budgets, including staffing and resource allocation
Lead internal and external project meetings to ensure smooth execution
Take full ownership of projects from conception to completion
Prepare preliminary designs and select appropriate structural systems
Monitor project milestones, deadlines, and profitability targets
Identify scope changes and determine if additional services are required
