A bit about you:
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor
Proven experience managing commercial projects with values ranging from $5m to $30m+
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
Ability to read and understand construction documents, including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings
A bit about tasks:
Develop and manage project plans and schedules, adjusting as needed to ensure project success
Create and oversee project budgets, controlling costs and managing financial risks
Serve as the primary client contact, leading project teams to ensure clear and effective communication
Enforce quality standards and monitor safety practices, ensuring compliance with regulations
Maintain project records, manage procurement, and coordinate supply chains to keep projects on track
