A bit about you:
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager for a commercial general contractor
Experience managing commercial projects valued at $5M-$30M+
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to read and interpret construction documents, project plans, specifications, and shop drawings

Develop and manage project plans and schedules, making adjustments as needed
Oversee project budgets, control costs, and manage financial risks
Serve as the primary client contact and lead project teams to ensure clear communication
Enforce quality standards, manage risks, and ensure compliance with safety practices
Maintain project records and manage procurement and supply chains
