A bit about you:
4+ years of experience in the construction industry
Strong knowledge in base building/ground-up construction
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with relevant teams
Background in multifamily construction
Strong organizational skills to keep projects on schedule
Strong negotiation skills to help deliver projects on or under budget
A bit about tasks:
Oversee all project phases—pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction
Develop and execute purchasing strategies to mitigate supply challenges
Collaborate with Estimating, Purchasing, and Superintendents to ensure project profitability and efficiency
Maintain project schedules and budgets, identifying risks early
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and designers
