A bit about you:
Background in Architecture or Engineering
RA or PE licensure required
10+ years of experience managing and leading building envelope & forensic services
Strong knowledge of the Texas market is highly desirable
Proven experience in business development and client engagement
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop and grow a division
Strong technical expertise with a focus on project excellence
A bit about tasks:
Serve as the technical lead for all Building Envelope & Forensics projects in Texas
Manage and grow the division by developing client relationships and identifying business opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams across the US to leverage company resources
Lead business development activities to expand the firm's presence in Texas
Provide mentorship and leadership to team members, ensuring high-quality project delivery
