A bit about you:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Professional license or eligibility for licensure in architecture, structural engineering, or civil engineering
5+ years of experience in forensic investigations and/or restoration projects
Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships
Experience in leading internal teams and working collaboratively on complex projects
A bit about tasks:
Serve as the primary client contact on restoration consulting projects
Lead investigations, surveys, and testing of existing buildings to diagnose structural deficiencies
Develop repair recommendations and oversee construction to ensure compliance and quality
Manage internal teams on structural and waterproofing challenges
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and adherence to procedural standards
Assist with marketing efforts to promote restoration and forensic engineering services
