A bit about you:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering
Professional Engineer designation
15+ years of experience in building envelope/enclosure projects
Minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role within a professional services company
Knowledge of architectural design, construction, and local laws/codes
A bit about tasks:
Collaborate with management on proposal writing and budget tracking
Assist in managing manpower and addressing technical initiatives within the division
Oversee staff reports and project progress
Consult on facade design enhancements, maintenance projects, and forensic analysis
Contribute to the management and growth of the Façade Inspection and Safety Program (FISP)
Advise on building enclosure performance, constructability, and durability
