A bit about you:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Licensed PE in NC or eligible for quick reciprocity
10+ years of relevant experience in electrical design for buildings and infrastructure
Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and telecom systems
Familiar with codes and standards like NEC, NESC, IEEE, and open to learning more
Proficient in CAD or Revit and experienced in producing drawing sets
A bit about tasks:
Serve as lead electrical engineer on multi-discipline project teams
Design electrical systems (power, lighting, fire alarm, telecom) for a range of facilities
Create technical reports, design computations, and system evaluations
Produce accurate construction drawings and specifications
Coordinate closely with internal teams, clients, and other disciplines
