8+ years of experience in the design and consulting of electrical building systems
Experience with or a strong interest in sustainable, net-zero design practices
PE Licensure preferred, or EIT with a clear path toward obtaining PE certification
Technically focused with a passion for delivering high-performance building solutions
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Design and oversee electrical building systems for commercial, institutional, and sustainable projects
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver innovative and energy-efficient designs
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, supporting their growth and development
Contribute to the design of net-zero and high-performance buildings, integrating sustainable practices
Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and system calculations
Ensure all designs meet project specifications, client expectations, and industry standards
