A bit about you:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on building systems design
Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard design software
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
A bit about tasks:
Lead and manage electrical design projects from concept through completion
Develop electrical system designs for commercial, institutional, and healthcare projects
Prepare technical reports, specifications, and construction documents
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and standards
Coordinate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other design professionals
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and design staff
