10-12+ years of experience in mechanical engineering for building design
PE (Professional Engineer) license required
Leadership experience with a track record of managing high-performing teams
Strong understanding of HVAC system design, energy modeling, and code compliance
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Demonstrated ability to oversee complex projects from concept to completion

Lead mechanical system designs for diverse building projects, ensuring high performance and energy efficiency
Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering growth
Oversee HVAC system modeling, load calculations, and equipment selection
Develop detailed construction documentation, specifications, and system submittals
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated design solutions
Serve as the primary client contact for mechanical design and system performance
