Senior Mechanical Engineer

A bit about you:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
PE licensure required
8+ years of experience in Mechanical HVAC design and engineering consulting, preferably with a focus on commercial, institutional, and/or healthcare projects
Experience with building codes, standards, and regulations relevant to HVAC systems design
Proficiency with HVAC design software (e.g., Trane Trace, Carrier HAP, etc.), AutoCAD, and Revit
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to effectively interact with clients and multidisciplinary teams
A bit about tasks:
Lead the design and engineering of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with project requirements, codes, and regulations
Provide technical expertise and guidance for HVAC and mechanical systems, overseeing project execution from concept through to commissioning
Mentor junior engineers and provide ongoing training and development to enhance team capabilities
Manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems into the overall design
