A bit about you:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California
Minimum of 5 years of mechanical engineering experience in California
Experience in commercial and sports-related projects is highly desirable
Proven ability to build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships
Active involvement in professional and industry organizations is a plus
A bit about tasks:
Lead mechanical engineering design across a range of building projects, often serving as a multidisciplinary design lead
Mentor and supervise engineering team members, fostering professional development and technical growth
Develop and present technical reports for both internal stakeholders and external clients
Communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Maintain high standards for quality, project performance, and client satisfaction
Contribute to the firm’s visibility through participation in local industry organizations
