Serve as the primary leader and technical expert for the mechanical trade team
Collaborate with Principals and Project Managers to deliver large-scale project designs
Oversee and contribute to schematic design decisions on significant projects
Conduct employee reviews, participate in hiring decisions, and provide mentorship and training to team members
Ensure all designs meet current codes, city amendments, and organizational standards
Manage design quality, sign drawings, and assist in design tasks to meet deadlines when needed
