A bit about you:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with a Professional Engineer (PE) license
8–10+ years of experience in structural engineering, including project management in a consulting or design-focused environment
Proficient in industry-standard tools such as ETABS, SAP2000, and AutoCAD, with comprehensive knowledge of codes like IBC, ASCE, and ACI
strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to mentor junior staff while fostering a collaborative team culture.
Preferred qualifications include seismic design expertise, sustainable design knowledge, and experience managing large-scale, complex projects

Lead the design, analysis, and management of structural engineering projects, ensuring technical accuracy and client satisfaction.
Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans, while maintaining oversight of project quality and deliverables.
