A bit about you:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas
6-10+ years of experience in land development, including multi-family, residential, and commercial projects
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working on projects for cities, counties, and municipalities is preferred
A bit about tasks:
Lead land development projects, overseeing the development of plans and specifications for various projects including paving, grading, drainage, water lines, sanitary sewers, and more
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
Supervise the work of engineers and CAD technicians, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
Manage project reporting, timelines, and invoicing to clients, ensuring alignment with project budgets and schedules
Manage projects for cities, counties, and municipalities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and requirements
