Senior Project Manager, Land Development

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a leading nationwide multidisciplinary consulting firm in Dallas, TX!

A bit about you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

  • Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas

  • 6-10+ years of experience in land development, including multi-family, residential, and commercial projects

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Word

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working on projects for cities, counties, and municipalities is preferred

A bit about tasks:

  • Lead land development projects, overseeing the development of plans and specifications for various projects including paving, grading, drainage, water lines, sanitary sewers, and more

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle

  • Supervise the work of engineers and CAD technicians, providing guidance, support, and mentorship

  • Manage project reporting, timelines, and invoicing to clients, ensuring alignment with project budgets and schedules

  • Manage projects for cities, counties, and municipalities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and requirements
