A bit about you:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager or 1-2 years as a Senior Project Manager, preferably in base building projects
Extensive experience in multifamily construction and managing multiple projects concurrently
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
Ability to work independently and lead teams in an autonomous environment
A bit about tasks:
Lead and oversee multiple multifamily construction projects from planning to completion
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors
Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control measures, and all regulatory requirements
Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communication, resolving issues proactively
Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and procurement of materials and services
Lead project meetings, track project progress, and provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients
