A bit about you:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
Professional certifications such as PE, PSP, AIA, or similar are highly desirable
15+ years of experience in construction disputes with a focus on delay and cost issues
Proven track record of delivering expert testimony over the past 5-10 years
Leadership experience at the Managing Director or senior management level in a professional services/consulting environment

Lead and manage a construction disputes team, focusing on delay and cost issues
Provide strategic direction and expert advice for complex disputes
Oversee claims preparation and presentations related to delays and costs
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations
Collaborate with legal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes
