10+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of leading projects
Experience managing projects within the $5M-$30M+ range, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to timelines
Experience in the commercial sector is preferred
Motivated and proactive with a hands-on approach to managing projects and teams
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor on-site teams while collaborating effectively with stakeholders
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead by example and drive project success

Oversee and manage the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality
Lead on-site teams, ensuring they are properly trained, resourced, and focused on project goals
Monitor and track project progress, addressing any delays or issues in real time
Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Enforce company policies and ensure adherence to construction standards and safety regulations
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing updates on project status
