I started out in finance, but Tom and Harvey convinced me to take the leap and start a business with them — something I’d always wanted to do. That’s how I found my way into recruitment, and I haven’t looked back since.

Now, I specialize in Building Diagnostics and Construction Advisory Services. My approach is simple: whether it’s candidates or clients, I focus on respect, transparency, and delivering a top-tier service.

What drives me? Leading a great team, working with awesome people, keeping the energy high, and always pushing each other to do better while having fun. All while building long-term connections and adding value for clients and candidates.

Outside of work, I'm always up for traveling somewhere new, especially off the beaten path!
