After time recruiting across various roles, I realized I wanted to focus on something I genuinely had an interest in – that’s how I ended up heading up the building diagnostics team at TYG across Texas, Colorado, Tennessee, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.

I’m all about connecting great people with great companies, helping individuals grow their careers and supporting businesses as they scale whilst staying true to their core values.

My aim is to always be professional but personable. I get to know clients and candidates while keeping it light, and I always try to leave people a little happier after talking to me.

Outside of work I’m a massive Manchester United fan (unfortunately), enjoy being active (rugby’s my sport), and I’m a foodie – love cooking, but prefer eating!
