After recruiting across various sectors, I realised I wanted to specialise in something I’m genuinely passionate about – sustainability. That journey lead me to TYG, where I now lead recruitment for Energy, Commissioning & Sustainability across the U.S.
 
I thrive on connecting top talent with the right companies; helping candidates take the next step in their careers while supporting businesses to build brilliant teams that shape the world around us. For me, it’s all about understanding each client and candidate’s unique needs and making the right match!

When I’m away from my desk, you’ll probably find me venturing to beautiful landscapes, taking in the fresh air and views ( I should really get better at taking photos!) or doing something creative with music in the background.
