I got into recruitment after university and ended up working for a leading oil and gas recruitment company, eventually becoming director of the contract team.

Now, I focus on overseeing the TYG team while helping modular construction firms across the USA find the talent they need to thrive.

I enjoy helping people make the right career choices, guiding them toward roles that truly fit their goals. My strength lies in building strong, lasting networks in niche industries, which is key to matching the right people with the right opportunities.

Outside of work, I’m spending time with my young family (yep, it’s as hectic as it sounds). I also still love playing and watching football.
