After leaving Ireland behind for London, I fell into the recruitment industry - tackling the Electrical Construction Market in the US. However, as much as I loved working with my candidates and US clients, I realised I had more of a passion for helping consultants and their teams behind the scenes, rather than being on the frontline.

That’s when I joined TYG! This way I can remain in the recruitment world and help drive the company’s growth by scouting new talent and supporting them with their daily operations. My experience as a consultant taught me the importance of a strong support system, and I am thrilled to be in this position for TYG.

Outside of work when I am not deep in an Excel sheet, I am probably out shopping for new clothes and shoes, and possibly a second wardrobe. You can never have enough clothes…and whoever said that the office isn’t a fashion runway was wrong!
