I fell into recruitment by accident, starting in the tech market before moving into US construction. Having worked as a self employed painter, it just made sense to recruit for an industry I knew inside out.

I specialize in placing construction professionals across Texas, mainly in Dallas and Houston. I focus on understanding what clients need and making sure candidates find roles that truly fit, helping them avoid past challenges and move forward in their careers.

Outside of work, I do my best to stay fit, playing football, padel, and hitting the gym when I can. I’m always up for a bit of competition, whether it’s mini golf, bowling, darts, or pool - just don’t expect me to take a loss lightly.
