I got my start at a small rec-to-rec firm before Harvey hired me to join him at AVA Energy. We clicked, and now, alongside Adam and Harvey, I run TYG - building a team that’s passionate about connecting talent with opportunities.

Day to day, I focus on helping construction professionals take their next step, whether that’s advancing in their careers or making the leap into owners rep roles. I love the sales side of recruitment, especially working with candidates looking to switch industries and figuring out how to make that move happen.

When I’m not leading the team, you’ll find me on the golf course, I'm an avid golfer and recently got his handicap down to 38!
