TYG was founded to bring a focused and forward-thinking approach to AEC recruitment. Our mission is to re-centre the focus of an industry that’s lost sight of its roots, always remembering that at its core, recruitment is about people. As a people-powered business, we know relationships drive everything — trust, transparency, reliability, and approachability are the pillars of everything we do.

 

Our three directors met during college and after stints working for other successful recruitment firms formed TYG. This strong and enduring connection has been instrumental in shaping our company culture, driving the values that allow us to attract and nurture a strong network.
